Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Active Memberships

Once a membership is actively used, refunds are not provided. By using any tools or services under your membership, you acknowledge and agree that the membership is considered “used,” and no refunds will be granted in these cases. Please ensure that you fully understand the membership plan before making a purchase, as refunds are not available for:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Change of mind.
  • Inability to use the service due to device incompatibility or user-related factors.

We highly recommend reviewing the available tools and service conditions before purchasing to avoid any dissatisfaction.

2. Refunds for Tool Downtime

At GFXToolz, we work hard to ensure all tools and services are available and functioning as expected. However, in rare cases where a tool marked as Stable is down for an extended period, users may be eligible for a refund. The conditions for a refund under this scenario are as follows:

  • If a tool marked as “Stable” is non-operational for more than 72 hours consecutively, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • This applies only to tools marked as "Stable" on the GFXToolz dashboard. Tools marked as “Unstable” or “Down” do not qualify for refunds, as their functionality may be subject to periodic outages or maintenance.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions, please contact our support team, and we will evaluate your request.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved based on the above criteria, the refund process may take between 3-7 business days, depending on the payment gateway (Razorpay or Stripe) and your financial institution. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
  • Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
  • Refunds may be delayed due to processing times by banks or financial institutions. GFXToolz is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors.

4. No Refunds for Subscription Sharing or Usage Limitations

GFXToolz offers shared access to subscription-based tools, and certain limitations apply to their usage. These limitations include daily download caps, usage credits, or temporary outages due to high demand. Users are informed of these limitations prior to purchasing a membership, and no refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

  • Usage limits reached (e.g., download quotas, usage credits).
  • Shared access limitations, where multiple users share the same account and usage may vary.
  • Temporary service interruptions that do not exceed 72 hours for stable tools.

We encourage users to familiarize themselves with these limitations and plan their usage accordingly to avoid issues.

5. No Refunds for Accidental Purchases or Ineligibility

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or cases where a user is ineligible to use a tool or service. Examples include:

  • Accidental or duplicate membership purchases.
  • Purchases made by mistake, misunderstanding, or misreading of the membership details.
  • Failure to meet the device or technical requirements to use the tools.

6. Refund Requests and Eligibility

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria outlined above, please follow these steps:

  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including the tool in question, the dates of the downtime, and your payment receipt.
  • Our team will evaluate the request and notify you of our decision within 3 business days.

Please note that refund eligibility is solely at the discretion of GFXToolz based on the conditions set forth in this policy. Our decision is final.

7. Cancellations and Membership Expiry

GFXToolz does not offer automatic renewals on memberships. As a result, there is no need for users to manually cancel their subscriptions. Once a membership expires, access to the tools and services will be revoked automatically. Users can choose to renew their membership by purchasing a new plan if desired.
