Device Management

At GFXToolz, we prioritize both user security and ensuring that our services are available to those who need them. To maintain this balance, we have implemented a Device Management system that ensures access is secure and specific to your personal or professional needs.

How Device Management Works

Each GFXToolz account is initially registered to a single device. The device that is first used to purchase a membership or log in is automatically registered as your primary device. This unique device, along with its IP address, will be stored in our system to secure your account.

If you would like to use GFXToolz on more than one device, we offer the option to purchase additional IP access, allowing you to access your account on up to two devices.

IP and Device Registration for Premium Plans

For users with a 6-month Premium Plan, access is extended to three devices by default. This allows flexibility while ensuring that your account remains secure.

Our system uses IP-based device registration, meaning the IP address of your device is linked to your account. In cases of dynamic IPs, we store the starting strings to ensure access is still possible if your IP changes within a certain range.

Managing Your Devices

You can view all the devices registered to your account by navigating to the My Devices tab from the dashboard menu. However, for security reasons, users cannot manually delete or remove registered devices. If you need to change or remove a registered device, please contact GFXToolz support with a valid reason, and we will assist you.

Why Device Management is Important

Device management is essential to protect your account from unauthorized access. By ensuring that only registered devices can access your account, we can safeguard your personal data and ensure the integrity of your membership. Our advanced login system detects attempts to access your account from unregistered devices or locations, helping us take necessary actions to prevent misuse.

Important Notes

  • No Account Sharing: GFXToolz does not allow account sharing under any circumstances. Our system actively monitors for suspicious activity, and any violation of this policy could result in account suspension or termination.
  • IP and Location Changes: Significant changes in your IP address or location will trigger our security measures, and access will be denied if the device is not registered. Make sure to use your registered devices in the same IP range or inform us if you anticipate a location change.
